Clean and modern, friendly staff, great breakfast buffet and restaurant. Conveniently located for exploring the city. Good WiFi connection and TV with built-in router for easy browsing.

I loved the location of the hotel and the complimentary minibar in my room. The staff was friendly, and my room was spacious and had Molton Brown toiletries. The breakfast was delicious, but the coffee could have been stronger.

We loved staff and service here. Late check-out too. Plus their wifi was good.

We enjoyed the stay, it was a great experience. Breakfast was perfect, bed was exceptionally comfortable, very quiet area. The deluxe room was luxurious, it had a safe, an iron and a work desk. The ambience felt really comfortable and service was excellent;)))

the cosmopolitan hotel in prague has exceeded my expectations once again. everything, from the comfortable room to the delicious breakfast, was top-notch. the staff was friendly and spoke great english. the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and shopping. highly recommended.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Upgraded to rooms on top floor with slanted sun roof. Excellent bed, had 3 nights of good sleep. Good selection of hot and cold breakfast. Czech people were not cold or aloof. Many restaurant selections nearby and large shopping mall Palladium.

Great Location, The hotel was conveniently located near major attractions and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. It made exploring the city during my business trip very easy.

Lack of Warmth, The staff at the hotel lacked warmth and friendliness. They did not greet guests or make them feel welcome.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The fabulous Next Door restaurant had great food and service. The hotel's location was very convenient, being near a tram station, train station, and in the EU region. Our room was well-equipped, spacious, and peaceful. The bathroom had great toiletries and was sparkling clean. The breakfast was lovely and had a lot of variety. We appreciated the loaner umbrellas and warm hospitality.

We encountered some minor issues with communication before arrival, but it didn't detract from our overall experience.

I loved the hotel's location, just a short walk to the city center and the Pallidium shopping mall. The cleanliness was excellent, and the breakfast offered a great variety of tasty food and coffee.

I recently stayed at the Cosmopolitan Hotel for a few nights and it was absolutely fantastic! The staff were friendly and polite, the rooms were immaculate, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide selection of options and even a glass of champagne to start the day. The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance and plenty of restaurants nearby. I would 100% stay here again!

This hotel offers great value for money with its reasonable prices and attention to detail. Its location on a quiet street just by the city center is perfect - within walking distance from all the main sights, but not too loud or crowded. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities in the rooms, including a shower in the attic, make for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is of excellent quality and the bed is really comfy. The breakfast offers a variety of options with quality products, and it's included in the price.
